Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital token-based gaming service, all token purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:
2.1 Technical Errors
- Duplicate charges due to system error
- Tokens not credited after successful payment
- System malfunction during gameplay affecting results
2.2 Unauthorized Transactions
- Proven unauthorized use of payment method
- Fraudulent transactions (subject to investigation)
2.3 Account Closure by Us
- If we close your account for reasons not related to Terms violation
- Unused token balance will be refunded (minus any bonuses)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refund:
- Tokens used in gameplay (win or lose)
- Promotional or bonus tokens
- Tokens in accounts closed for Terms violation
- Changes of mind after purchase
- Claims made more than 30 days after transaction
4. Cancellation of Transactions
4.1 Token Purchase
- Token purchases cannot be cancelled once payment is processed
- Tokens are instantly credited to your account
4.2 Gameplay
- Plays/plays cannot be cancelled once confirmed
- Results are final (except in cases of technical error)
4.3 Token Resets
- Token Reset requests can be cancelled before processing
- Once processed, token resets cannot be reversed
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact support within 30 days of transaction
- Provide transaction details and reason
- We will investigate within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
6. Chargeback Policy
WARNING: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent account closure
- Forfeiture of all tokens and winnings
- Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
7. Token Reset Refusal
We may refuse token reset requests if:
- Account is not fully verified
- Suspicious activity detected
- Bonus playing requirements not met
- Terms and Conditions violated
- Under investigation for fraud
